Criminal Records
MCSO’s Criminal Records Section processes Sex Offender Registrations for offenders that are required to register under ARS 13-3821. Registrations are processed in our office located in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

Fingerprints
The Criminal Records Section offers Public Fingerprinting. Public Fingerprints are Ink rolled prints and are completed as a walk-in service. No appointments necessary. We currently do not offer Live Scan Fingerprints to the public.

Fingerprinting Fee: $8.00 per card (Cash Only)
